Aluminum Solid Panel

Aluminum veneer is composed of mainly face panel, reinforcing rib, hanging ears and other parts. The hanging ears and panels are connected mainly by solid or hollow rivets. In order to ensure the flatness of the metal plate in the long-term use, the back of the plate is equipped with special profile ribs.  The ribs and the back of the panel are connected by the bolts made by the same material as the panel, stainless steel washers, stainless steel nuts, so as to form a strong assembly, thereby increasing its strength and rigidity.

In the year 2012, Dongwu invests more than 20 million RMB in a new painting line-specially for extra-thickness aluminum coil, that enable Dongwu to coat PVDF or PE lacquer on the surface of aluminum coil with max thickness 3.0mm and max width 1650 mm.

Comparing with powder coating, painting is much better for the following factors:

1. Environment friendly-to avoid the hurt to works' health in powder coating line; also avoid  the pollution to air around the factory by powder

2. With less color difference, and the thickness of coating is even and smooth

3. Large capacity 

4. Much cheaper than powder coating processing

With professional splitting and cutting machine, Dongwu could cut the coil into exact width and cut sheet as you want.  In order to deliver quickly, Dongwu keeps mill finish aluminum coils in stock, with popular dimension.
